Raphael Eckardt
Raphael Eckardt has been the label manager of the Halle-based label for audiovisual performing arts "Arthaus Musik" since 2020. He previously gained experience in the music media industry with the Leipzig label Rondeau Production, among others. As the person responsible for international sales and internal product processes, he plays a key role in shaping the digitization process at Arthaus Musik. With a catalog of over 1300 programs from the fields of music and culture, Arthaus Musik is one of the largest labels for classical music and art in Europe.

We enable immersive music experiences (virtual and in-real-life) with more artist autonomy through smart contracts. To enable interoperability and longevity of everything we create we participate in global music NFT working groups for contract standardisation. I'm also a NFT collector and proud member of Bright Moments arts organisation via the CryptoCitizens NFT community in Berlin.

René Houareau
René Houareau is Managing Director for Legal & Political Affairs at the Bundesverband Musikindustrie e.V. (BVMI). An attorney at law, he first joined the BVMI in 2008 as Legal Counsel, before becoming General Counsel. Then, in mid-2014, he assumed responsibility for the political concerns of the association as Head of Legal & Political Affairs.
Among the positions he held prior to joining BVMI, was the position of Manager Business & Legal Affairs at Universal Music in Berlin. René Houareau holds an MBA from the University of Mannheim and Tongji University in Shanghai. Among other responsibilities, he also represents the interests of the BVMI in the German Cultural Council and the German Music Archive of the German National Library.

He researches new aspects of digital ownership and digital distribution of musical works.

Robert Zimmermann
Robert Zimmermann, an entrepreneurial executive with a rich background in media, joined Deutsche Grammophon as Vice President Consumer Business in 2021. His career spans roles as a management consultant, film producer, and executive, highlighted by his tenure from 2008 to 2019 as Managing Director of Berlin Phil Media GmbH. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in the creation and management of the Berliner Philharmoniker's Digital Concert Hall and their in-house label. He successfully managed the production of over forty live concerts annually and significantly expanded the orchestra's digital archive to encompass more than 600 concerts. His achievements also include management and consulting projects for esteemed clients like the World Bank, Lufthansa, and various international banks. Additionally, his creative skills as a partner and film producer at eins54 Film became evident in award-winning music programs such as "Pierrot Lunaire: One Night One Life," Robert Schumann's "Dichterliebe," and the groundbreaking silent film adaptation of Stravinsky's "Le Sacre du Printemps," premiered at the Berlinale 2004 accompanied by the Berliner Philharmoniker and Sir Simon Rattle.

Cellist
Icelandic cellist, Sæunn Thorsteinsdottir, has appeared as soloist with the BBC Symphony, LA Philharmonic, Toronto, Seattle, and Iceland Symphonies and has performed in some of the world’s big stages, including Carnegie Hall, Suntory Hall, Elbphilharmonie and the Barbican Center in London. Sæunn recently released an album of Icelandic works for solo cello, “Vernacular”, and her recording of the cello concerto “Quake” by Páll Ragnar Pálsson with the Iceland Symphony was nominated for a 2020 Grammy award.
